A hand-crafted blend of 60% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier. Alfred Gratien only uses grapes from the best crus of the Cote des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, and the Marne Valley. Like all of Alfred Gratien’s Champagnes, the base wine was fermented and aged in small oak casks for 6 months. Served in First Class on British Airways.

Tasting Notes:

Bright golden color. Aromas of walnuts, honey and white fruit. A soft fruity palate with brioche flavors and some wood. Rich and structured; full-bodied and harmonious.
