Release Notes:
A hand-crafted blend of 55% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier. Alfred Gratien only uses grapes from the best crus of the Cote des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, and the Marne Valley. Like all of Alfred Gratien’s Champagnes, the base wine was fermented and aged in small oak casks for 6 months. Served in First Class on British Airways. Tasting Notes:Light, salmon-pink color with a touch of copper. Delicate palate of orange peel, dried fruit and gingerbread. Orange peel flavors continue on the palate with red berry notes.
