The wine’s amazingly refreshing red fruit flavors come from the Pinot Noir. After Françoise Antech let us try a sip, we had to have this wine – we think you’ll feel the same way too!

Release Notes:
Limoux, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, was making sparkling wines 150 years before Champagne. Antech is one of the area’s best family producers employing low-yielding, old-vine vineyards farmed sustainably to make their wines. Cuvée Emotion is their newest wine - a blend of Chardonnay Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir, it is a Champagne method sparkler with 15 months of lees aging.
Tasting Notes:
A pale pink colored sparkling wine with fine bubbles.A beautiful, fruity nose of raspberry and strawberry aromas is complemented by elegant floral, yeast and bread notes – like Champagne. On the palate the fine mousse of delicate, medium bubbles accompanies strawberry, sour apple, cherry and raspberry flavors. A great finish on fruit, this rosé sparkler is ideal with charcuterie, grilled shrimp, crab cakes, salade niçoise, Asian food or as a delicious aperitif. Enjoy now through 2012.
