Release Notes:
This classic Bourgogne Pinot Noir is fermented in open vats with temperature control and then matured in stainless steel to develop and maintain its fresh, fruit character.
Tasting Notes:
An attractive cherry colored wine with a big nose of jammy red fruits (strawberries and cherries) and licorice. The bountiful red fruit flavors of strawberries and baked fruit continue on the palate where they are melded with floral, spice and earth flavors. A very soft, round, easy-drinking wine with fresh, lively tannins and a medium finish on fruit. Serve with roast beef, roast chicken, lamb, mushrooms, duck, and tuna steaks. Enjoy now to 2009.
