The wine is is fermented and aged in stainless steel to produce a classic Mâconnais Chardonnay with a rich creamy texture and elegant fruit flavors.
Tasting Notes:
A shiny green-gold colored wine with an attractive nose of citrus fruit, toast, almonds and fresh honey. On the palate, it is soft and round with fresh fruit flavors (apricot, grapefruit and green apple), full body and a hint of hazelnut, anise and mineral on the finish. The perfect party wine, this Chardonnay will be a great aperitif and pairs well with salads, mushroom, cheese tarts, quiche, poultry, seafood, and, of course, goat cheeses. Drink now to 2010.
