Release Notes:
Sermine is the name of a small, single vineyard planted with Chardonnay. It produces a very rich wine unlike many other Italian Chardonnays. Giulio ferments the wine at a low temperature before aging the wine in both new and one-year-old oak barrels for 9 months. The end result is a refined and subtle mélange of oak and tropical fruit flavors. A delectable Chardonnay! Tasting Notes:Delicious pineapple, flower blossom and honeydew nose. Full-bodied with flavors of pineapple and citrus continuing on the palate. Soft and lightly buttery with a long finish on fruit and a pleasant smokiness. Excellent concentration.
