The best Spanish rosados, like this one, are made from the free-run juice of Garnacha grapes. This process, known as “de lagrima” or “from teardrops” ensures that the freshest and fruitiest juice makes it into the wine without the harsh tannins and green flavors that come from crushing the stalks and pips.

Tasting Notes:

A beautiful wine, whose clear, bright strawberry red-pink color is a prelude to intensely fresh red berry (strawberry and raspberry) aromas. Smooth and fruity on the plate with red berry fruit and a nice dry finish, it avoids being sweet or unbalanced like most rosés in this price range. A perfect complement to flavorful fish and poultry dishes, paella, salads, light fare, or as an aperitif. Drink over the next 12 months.
