Capo Soprano is an attractive and refreshing blend of Catarratto (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). The grapes come from the Fazio estate near Erice in the windy northwest corner of the island.

Tasting Notes:

A yellow-gold colored wine with a full, attractive nose of exotic fruits, minerals and figs. On the palate, it is very refreshing with good body and complexity. The exotic fruit flavors continue up to the long, powerful finish. Serve this refreshing wine with fish, mussels, salads, soups, and even sushi. Or enjoy it as an apertif. Drink now to 2008.
