Capo Soprano is an attractive and refreshing blend of Catarratto (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). The grapes come from the Fazio estate near Erice in the windy northwest corner of the island. Tasting Notes:A yellow-gold colored wine with a full, attractive nose of exotic fruits, minerals and figs. On the palate, it is very refreshing with good body and complexity.
