This Champagne is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier made from only the highest quality, first-run juice. A light and vigorours wine: the quintessential Brut Champagne.

Tasting Notes:

This Champagne is very versatile. The light nutty nose with some earthy aromas is followed by a palate of complex fruit (green apple) and hazelnut flavors with a hint of butteriness. A full-bodied champagne with good acidity and focus, and a great dry finish. This sparkler is great before a meal as an aperitif, during fine seafood meals (Lobster), and after a meal accompanying fresh fruit, fruit tarts, or chocolate.
