Release Notes:
A 100% Pinot Noir Champagne made using the Saignée method, which allows the juice to remain in contact with the skins to impart extra color. The result is the darkest vintage rosé Champagne on the market. So dark that it sometimes gets Pascal Leclerc in trouble because the production of Red Champagne is not allowed. Fortunately, nobody ever bothered to define the line between rosé and red! This Champagne has more than enough body and richness to be served with a variety of dishes from game to white meats to spicy foods. Tasting Notes:A profound, deep-colored rosé Champagne with very fine bubbles. Aromas of red fruits (raspberry) and spice predominate on the nose. A fresh and full-bodied Champagne; very rich and unctuous with berry, cherry and syrup flavors. Much bigger than a normal pink rosé. Great with fresh fruit, desserts, or with food (quail, duck, veal). Winery:A small Champagne house whose focus is on quality and tradition.
