Release Notes:
Champagne Moutardier’s take on a Blanc de Blancs. This Chardonnay-dominated blend is rounded out by Pinot Meunier (20%). It is dramatically different in style than Moutardier’s other offerings with a ripe, mature character because of the higher proportion of reserve wine in the blend. Tasting Notes:A deep gold colored wine with a big, rich nose of citrus fruit (lime), yeast and dried fruit aromas. An elegant, seductive attack that is both complex and smooth. This is a rich, mature, full-bodied Champagne with generous nutty, yeasty flavors. Complex and long. Can be drunk as an aperitif, but it is a superb accompaniment to foie gras, omelettes or fine, rich desserts.
