Release Notes:
A stellar white Graves made from Semillon (50%), Sauvignon Blanc (35%), and the rare Sauvignon Gris (15%). Made from hand-picked grapes that underwent extended skin contact maceration to obtain the highest quality of free-run juice. Aged 9 months in oak barrels before release. The Bordelais cousin of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris lends its denser, richer, and more full-bodied fruit flavors to this unique wine. Tasting Notes:Deep lemon gold color. Beautiful nose of lychee, peach, and vanilla. Smooth and supple with developing flavors of peaches and other stone fruits. A fresh, concentrated wine with a crisp finish of wood and citrus notes. Excellent with fish and shellfish.
