Release Notes:
A 50:50 mix of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes grown in soil that is a mixture of clay and pebbles that were deposited during the formation of the Pyrennes. With warm fall weather, grapes are hand-picked from mid-October into January. The grapes are then sorted and destemmed by hand, to ensure quality before undergoing skin maceration, and temperature control fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the freshness. Tasting Notes:Pale honey color. Ripe melon, honey, and citrus fruit aromas on the nose. Delicately sweet palate of quince and honey, with a lush, round mouthfeel. Very intense and long, with crisp citric acidity giving the wine great freshness. ![]() Château Jolys Similar Wines
