An equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (50%) grown on gravel soils and aged in oak for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:

Garnet-purple color. Seductive aromas of cedar and ripe fruits (cherries and blackcurrants). Fruitiness continues across the balanced palate with integrated fine tannins and delicate wood flavors giving structure. A wine of pure elegance. Can age for another 7 to 10 years. Perfect for the best lamb, veal and roasted meat dishes.
