Winner of the Medaille d'Argent in Paris 2003. The 2001 earned a silver medal at the prestigious Concours General Agricole in Paris.

Tasting Notes:

Intense ruby color. Beautiful aromas of spice, cherry, and chocolate. Well concentrated with silky smoothness. Tannins are aging nicely. Very good fruit, well balanced with a long finish (15 seconds). Will be at its best in 3 to 5 years time. Delicious with lamb, poultry, fowl or roasts.
