A blend of Merlot (80%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Cabernet Franc (10%) made with the assistance of Michel Rolland.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh ruby color. Intensely complex perfumed nose of red fruit, cacao and flowers. Elegant earthy flavors predominate along with rich, red fruit. Balanced tannin backbone leading to a beautiful finish. Ready to drink now, but can keep a few more years. Ideal with red meats, game (wild boar) and cheeses.
