White Bordeaux, a blend of Sauvignon, Semillon, and Muscadelle, comprises most of Entre-Deux-Mers’ production. Château Sainte-Marie, a family property on the hills between Bordeaux’s Dordogne and Garonne rivers, makes one of the better examples.

Tasting Notes:

A fresh and aromatic white with floral and citrus flavors, this wine has good balance and complexity. A delicious aperitif, it will also pair with salads, seafood and soft cheeses.
