Tasting Notes:

Aromas of cassis, and spice from the well concentrated Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A dense, rich wine with good tannins and lots of fruit with a good finish. Ideal with roasts, venison and heavier fare. Ready to drink now through 2011.
