A limited-production wine (only 2000 cases produced) from a small estate in Saint Emilion. A blend of Merlot (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), and Cabernet France (15%) made from hand-picked grapes. While overshadowed by the spectacular 2005 vintage, 2004 was particularly good.

Tasting Notes:

A deep red colored wine with abundant red fruit aromas and flavors. Great body from the Merlot with supple, silky tannins on the finish. An elegant St. Emilion. Serve with fine meats cooked on the grill, game, duck, lamb and cheese. Drink now through 2010.
