This wine is a blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 20% Cinsault. The grapes are produced from very low-yielding vines. After pressing, the juice remains in contact with the skins for only a few hours--just enough to obtain an attractive color.

Tasting Notes:

Salmon hue. Intense nose of strawberry, red berries and flowers (lilac). Fruity and generous with flavors of red fruits. An invigorating wine with a fresh aftertaste that goes well with salads, paella and cold cuts.
