This wine is a blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 20% Cinsault. The grapes are produced from very low-yielding vines. After pressing, the juice remains in contact with the skins for only a few hours--just enough to obtain an attractive color.

Tasting Notes:

This salmon-hued rosé has an intense nose of strawberry, red berries and flowers (lilac). It is fruity and generous with red fruit flavors. An invigorating wine, with a fresh finish that goes well with salads, roasted chicken, paella and cold cuts. Serve chilled.
