Release Notes:
This wine is a blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 20% Cinsault. The grapes are produced from very low-yielding vines. After pressing, the juice remains in contact with the skins for only a few hours--just enough to obtain an attractive color. Tasting Notes:This bright salmon-pink hued rosé has an intense nose of strawberry, red berries and flowers (lilac). It is fruity and generous with strawberry and other red fruit flavors. An invigorating and refreshing wine, it has a great mouthfeel and acidity leading up to a long, clean finish. This elegant rosé goes well with salads, roasted chicken, paella and cold cuts. Serve chilled. Enjoy now through the end of 2010. ![]() Chateau de Pourcieux and garden. Winery:Chateau de Pourcieux is located near the picturesque town of Aix-en-Provence.
