Their red wine is a blend of Syrah (50%), Grenache (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) that aged for 2 years in oak.

Tasting Notes:

This wine has a pretty garnet color and an expressive nose of earth, dark berries, wild herbs and game. On the palate, the dark cherry and plum fruit attack is supple and smooth with well-integrated tannins before a spicy, dark fruit finish. A hearty red wine, this blend is ideal with barbecue, grilled meats, chicken, game, and strong cheeses. Drink now to 2010.
