Unlike many Pinot Grigios in this price range which are undistinguished, the 2004 Clivus Pinot Grigio is notable for its fresh flavors, white fruit aromas and clean finish.
Tasting Notes:
A straw yellow colored wine with a fresh, clean nose green apple, peach, and flower aromas. This refreshing wine has crisp, white fruit flavors, and is soft and well-balanced on the palate. We have found that it is best with fish, hors-d'oeuvres or simply enjoying on its own as an aperitif. It can keep for a year or two.
