Release Notes:
Clos du Cadeos has extremely limited production: only 300 cases were produced in 1999. The wine is a blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot. Tasting Notes:Deep ruby color; aromas of red berries, black cherries, and kirsch. Medium-bodied with instant flavors of black cherries and raspberries; good structure; and fine tannins. Ideal with meats, salads, cheese but also good as an aperitif. This wine can age another 8 to 10 years in a cool cellar, but is drinking very well now.
