Release Notes:
The AOC Gigondas is a blend of 80% Grenache, 12% Mourvèdre and 8% Cinsault. The wine is aged for one year in oak barrels and is bottled without fining or filtering. It is a truly natural product that reflects the hand of the winemaker and the terroir. Tasting Notes:Deep violet color; great fleshy nose of red berries and pepper. Medium-bodied with a supple texture and delicious fruit (raspberries and other red fruits). The wine is balanced and has an attractive peppery finish. It can be cellared for 3 to 4 more years, and it will go well with red meats, roasts, or even strong cheeses.
