A limited-production, new style white Bordeaux made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc in a modern style, emphasizing crisp flavors and aromas.

The skins of the estate-grown fruit were left in contact with the juice before fermenting. This imparts color and flavor to the juice. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled tanks at 60 degrees Fahrenheit to maximize the expression of tropical fruit flavors. The resulting wine is a shockingly vibrant gold color with dramatic fruitiness.

Tasting Notes:

Golden yellow color. Pronounced nose of citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit) with some mango and flower blossom notes. Very ripe and flavorful palate of fruit and flowers. Good balance with a round and clean finish. Ready to drink now. Ideal with roasted vegetables, salads, tuna and spicy cuisine like Mexican and Thai.
