A fruity high-quality wine that is a refreshing alternative to the ubiquitous Pinot Grigio.

Release Notes:
Falasco Garganega gets its great concentration from late-harvested hand-picked grapes. Unlike most other late-harvested wines, this is not a sweet wine; this is done to allow the grapes to ripen fully. After a light pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, half of the wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks while the other half is aged in oak. Recently lauded by Decanter Magazine as an Italian white "worth twice the price."
Tasting Notes:
Made from the finest fully-ripened fruit, this beautiful white alternative to Pinot Grigio is incredibly rich with character. It offers a floral bouquet with honeyed citrus aromas. The palate is refreshingly tangy with apricot, citrus, and peach flavors, accompanying a crisp acidity and a gentle creaminess before a very nice toasted almond finish. We suggest serving it with fish, salads or as an aperitif.
