100% Moscato Giallo (or Yellow Moscato) from the Trentino region of Northern Italy. This wine is macerated cold, fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks for 12 days then aged in steel.

Tasting Notes:

Bright straw-yellow with golden reflections. Has a very intense aromatic scent, suggesting grapes with notes of tropical fruits and sage giving a sweet flavor, typical Moscato characteristics. It is also excellent with fresh and aged cheese served with fruits and jam. Delicate dessert wine perfect with cakes and fruit tart, a great aperitif on warm sunny days.
