Release Notes:
Handley’s Dry Valley vineyards are perfectly suited for Sauvignon Blanc. The warmer climate gives these wines a ripe, full-bodied character. Two thirds of Handley’s Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in French oak barrels giving the wine a round and full texture; the remainder remained in stainless steel tanks, to bring out the fruit and mineral qualities of the wine. Tasting Notes:This Sauvignon has a rich nose of melon, mango and citrus aromas. It is very clean on the palate, with white fruit, gooseberry, citrus, and spice flavors balanced with minerality.
