Release Notes:
Australia's Margaret River region is most famous for its ability to produce great Cabernet Sauvignon. The warm Indian Ocean waters give this 50-mile coastal stretch one of the world’s most temperate climates for grape growing. Harmans Cabernet grapes are grown on the nearby Churchview Estate. The end result is an easy-drinking Cabernet Sauvignon that is great with a variety of foods.
Tasting Notes:
A brick red colored wine with a rich nose of black fruit (blackberries and plums) and floral aromas. On the palate, this wine is smoothly textured with blackberry, cassis, briar, and even mint flavors. This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has soft, fine tannins and a finish on fruit. Drink now to 2009 with barbecued chicken, roasted red meats, pork, and strong cheeses like sharp cheddar.
