A blend of 55% Semillon and 45% Sauvignon Blanc made from vines in the fabled Margaret River district of Western Australia.
Tasting Notes:
This is a well balanced blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc with a beautiful nose of quince, peach, and acacia aromas. It is extremely crisp on the palate with gooseberry, nectar, and white fruit flavors leading up to a refreshing finish. Enjoy this medium-bodied wine over the next couple years with shellfish, chicken, salads, or Indian cuisine.
