Release Notes:
Alsatian Pinot Gris produce very rich, dry, full-bodied wines with a hint of sweetness that can stand up to Alsace’s famous savory cuisine. They are quite different from the crisper, lighter Italian Pinot Grigio. Martin Zahn’s Pinot Gris comes from vineyards near the town of Ribeauvillé in the heart of Alsace. Tasting Notes:The wine’s very aromatic nose opens with dried fruit, and apricot aromas and closes with a hint of tropical fruits and smoke. This is a wine with character and class that will go great with rich, savory foods from foie gras to Chinese food. Enjoy it over the next 2 to 4 years. ![]() Alsace's abundant hillside vineyards Winery:Cave de Ribeauvillé is located in the heart of Alsace right on a geological fault that creates the greatest patchwork of terroirs.
