Riesling is Alsace's noblest grape, and is now receiving the recognition it deserves. Rich and emollient with good fruit and balance. A food-friendly wine.

Release Notes:
Alsatian Riesling produces very neat, dry, mineral and full-bodied wines, and is considered by many growers to be the region’s most noble grape variety. It is also a versatile food wine, and we are often surprised at how little is consumed here in the US. Martin Zahn, a 12th century monk who tended Ribeauville's famous vineyards, is the name now used to denote their highest quality wines, including this richly ripe and flavorful Riesling.
Tasting Notes:
Zahn’s Riesling Tradition offers a rich, almost emollient nose with citrus and peach aromas. In the mouth, a fruity attack leads to peach and lemon flavours and a long finish. A rich, fruity wine to be enjoyed with spicy Asian foods, choucroute, sautéed chicken and other poultry, pork (ham, roasts), seafood and soft cheeses.
