A nice, inexpensive Cabernet Sauvignon from the Pays d'Oc.

Release Notes:
Grown on more gravelly plots within the vineyard's Aude valley vineyards, the grapes come from 10 to 12 year old vines. After harvest the grapes ferment in neutral vats, before undergoing light filtration and bottling.
Tasting Notes:
The wine’s dark ruby red color complements its “typical” Cabernet nose, which also offers just a hint of chocolate, blackcurrant and spices. It has a nice, fruity palate with mild tannins, and it balanced with fruit and spice, makes it a great accompaniment to poultry in sauces, and cheeses. It is ready to drink now through 2009.
