A floral and fruity wine from the Languedoc in the South of France. This is the perfect unoaked Chardonnay for entertaining.

Release Notes:
Grapes for the Metairie Chardonnay are grown on the vineyard's limestone and clay hillsides with ideal exposure and orientation to avoid drought. Once harvested, the grapes undergo skin-contact maceration, before being fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes:
Pale straw color with lemon gold tints. A typically floral Chardonnay nose with almond, peach, and acacia notes. Stone fruits on the palate (peach), with a medium finish on fruit. Ideal with seafood, shellfish and snails, or as an aperitif. Drink within the next two years.
