Release Notes:
100% Sauvignon Blanc from Pirlet's hillside vineyards above the medieval fortress town of Carcassonne in the upper Aude valley. The grapes undergo skin contact maceration, followed by a gentle pressing. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and takes place in stainless steel over the course of 15 days. Tasting Notes:A rich gold color with a honeyed nose. The round, rich mouth makes it an excellent pairing with spicy asian cuisine.
