This wine comes from marly and chalky Pinot Noir vineyards around the village of Gevrey-Chambertin.

Tasting Notes:

this is a deep colored red Burgundy with aromas of cherries, and raspberries. On the palate, it is a powerful and well-balanced. medium-bodied wine with good acidity, cherry fruit, and a touch of wood. Its finish is on fruit with light, well-integrated tannins. Serve now to 2015 with leg of lamb, stews, roast duck, or soft cheeses.
