Sancerre, along with the neighboring Pouilly-Fumé appellation, is the home of finest aromatic, dry wines made from Sauvignon Blanc. These easy-drinking, mineral-rich whites are among the most complex wines you can find, and are great aperitifs and fine complements to food. Tasting Notes:Fragrant aromas of herbs, grapefruit and citrus dominate the nose. This wine is very refreshing with crisp acidity, typical of Sancerre, and elegant citrus fruit flavors. The finish offers a fine balance of rich fruit and mineral flavors.
