Munir Bianco is 100% Catarrato, the dominant white grape of Sicily. Grown organically, the grapes produce a fresh, easy drinking white that not surprisingly goes great with the island's plentiful seafood.

Release Notes:
Munir Bianco is 100% Catarratto, made from organic grapes grown in western Sicily, in the verdant hills surrounding the village of Camporeale,
500 meters above sea level. The vines are
grown by the traditional Alberello (gobelet) method, which shelters the berries under a leafy canopy to prevent overexposure to the sun, and reduces yield while increasing quality. After maceration the wine is finished only in stainless steel, no oak, helping to retain freshness, producing a light, seafood-friendly wine.
Tasting Notes:
A medium lemon colored wine with a nose of apples, banana, peach, and other exotic fruits. Munir has
a very fresh palate of vanilla, peach, melon, and nectarine flavors and a clean finish. This easily-accessible wine is ideal with salads, poultry and savory seafood (especially scallops, tuna and grouper). Drink now to 2008.
